  "description": "This layer contains lines associated with the WVDEP AML Database (URL for AMLLines: https://tagis.dep.wv.gov/arcgis/rest/services/WVDEP_enterprise/abandoned_mine_lands/MapServer/2). CH copied over the information and plotted using the start and end x's and y's and then drew in a line to best match the WVDEP enterprise line (as opposed to it showing up as a straight line). She did use creative liberty by recruiting hillshade and slopeshade to better map the highwalls associated at these features, therefore, these lines likely are more likely more accurate than WVDEP enterprise.
